Abstract

Competitiveness is considered as a key criterion for appraising the degree of success for countries, industries and enterprises in the political, economic and commercial competition areas. Research findings show that competitiveness has been discussed in three levels of national, industry and enterprise (organization or company). Among all these levels, the enterprise level seems to be more considerable. In this study enterprise competitiveness has been viewed from two main perspectives: construct and behavioral. According to construct perspective, competitiveness includes two groups of factors which are composing and affecting factors. Based on behavioral perspective an enterprise faces two types of factors in its decisions and actions which are strategic and operational ones. As a result of literature review, summarization and complementary edition, totally 28 factors have been identified as competitiveness factors ({16 composing f. and 12 affecting f.} and {15 strategic f. and 13 operational f.}). A questionnaire has also been developed based on these factors. The findings show that in Iranian business context, all competitiveness factors of enterprises are highly important but very weak

Abstract

Today, with the increasing intensity of industry competition, organizations must adopt non-traditional management tools and techniques to maintain competitive advantage as a dynamic as a dynamic activity. Therefore, the nature of the dynamic capability in an integrated framework should be examined in organization in a way that focuses on the dimensions of the measurement and how it is developed to create superior performance. Dynamic capability is affected by process alignment interactions and organizational learning culture and their joint effects on competitive performance. On the one hand, organizational agility is one of the mechanisms by which organizations develop their dynamic capabilities and thus enhance their performance. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational process alignment and learning culture on competitive performance, with emphasis on the intermediate role of dynamic capabilities and organizational agility. The present study is a descriptive-survey method in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population consisted of IT managers in Tehran, a sample of 290 people based on the Klein formula and selected by available method. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was used and for data analysis, structural equation modeling and PLS software were used. The results of the research show that organizational process alignment and learning culture affect dynamic ability positively. Also dynamic capability strengthens competitive performance of the organization and finally organizational agility affects competitive performance of the organization.

Abstract

Enriching human food using new technology such as lipid nanocarriers is a simple and accessible tool. Accordingly, the present study aimed to evaluate the sensory and production of healthy and useful food products to evaluate the enrichment of milk with zeaxanthin lipid nanocapsules and to evaluate its cryoprotectants. During experimental-laboratory research, zeaxanthin extraction from Spirulina platensis, and nanocarriers produced for milk enrichment were used as a food model system. Three samples of milk, milk enriched with lipid nanocarriers containing zeaxanthin, and milk enriched with lipid nanocarriers were examined (at similar concentrations of nanocarriers). In order to check the efficiency of produced nanocarriers, cold protective compounds (glucose, sorbitol, glycerin, lactose, and sucrose) were added to milk. Sucrose was recognized as the best cryoprotectants. Sensory evaluation of enriched milk was performed on a five-degree hedonic scale and different sensory parameters were examined. Data were analyzed using Minitab (v. 2016). Results No significant difference was observed between the sensory characteristics of control milk and milk enriched with nanocarriers (P<0.05). The lowest particle size and dispersion index were obtained in the coating of nanocarriers with cold protective compounds, respectively, 320.82 and 0.26 to 0.31. Zeta potential was reported as -6.03. By enriching milk with zeaxanthin-containing nanocarriers, in addition to visual and skin health, problems related to the lack of useful natural additives and insolubility of food products can be eliminated.

Abstract

,       Today, organizations have come to seek current customers and also maintain a permanent relationship with them in addition to developing strategies to attract new customers and trading with them. In other words, they have found that losing a customer is more than losing a sell and it means losing the whole sell opportunities that a customer could make in his lifetime. Since losing a customer in the trade market is equal to lose an important part of the organization asset, developing close and deep relation with the customers creates great value for the organizations. Organizations should reinforce their relations with their customers actively and try to end their relations with non-profitable customers. In this study, “customer profitability for organization” is considered as a new concept. The purpose of this research is to design customer profitability model for organizations and consider the factors affecting on customer profitability in Iranian companies. For this purpose, after reviewing the theoretical foundations in this field, we will identify the factors affecting on customer profitability for organizations, and provide the appropriate conceptual model to measure and confirm these relations. Then we will collect data through questionnaires, analysis and ultimately ntroduce customer satisfaction and customer loyalty (repurchase intention, and recommendation) as two factors that affect on customer profitanility, using the research results.    * Corresponding Author’s E-mail: khodadad@modares.ac.ir .
